Salted Caramel & Honey Mousse Floral Vase
6 egg yolks
3/4 cup honey
1 cup Cream
Beat the eggs
Beat the egg yolks and honey in a mixer bowl until very thick and pale, approximately 10 minutes.
Next whip cream to soft peaks and then gently fold the whipped cream into the honey mixture to create the honey mousse. Set aside ready to serve.
The next step is to assemble your dessert with as much creative flair as you can muster! To your salted caramel and honey mousse add fresh raspberries, fresh white figs, turkish delight, fairy floss and edible flowers to create a little pot of heavenly delight!
