Orange Flower Semolina Pudding

1 cup semolina

1/2 cup caster sugar

2 tsp orange flower water

4 slices caramelised orange, pistachio nuts & honeyto serve

Directions
Place milk, semolina, sugar & orange flower water in a pot and bring to the boil stirring constantly. Cook while stirring until smooth and thickened.

Serve with a slice of caramelised orange and syrup from the caramelised oranges, a small handful of pistachio nuts and drizzle of honey.
Heat pan low to medium. Slice oranges and place on plate. Sprinkle sugar liberally on slices. Place orange slices in pan and allow sugar to caramelise. Remove from pan and place in a container. Drizzle some orange flower essence over slices.
