1/2 - 1 cup yoghurtVanilla or coconut yoghurt works well and if you add some of the cinnamon / sugar mix, it tastes really good.
Directions
Wait until you try these, they are super morish!
You can also devour each crisp disc on its own OR with a strawberry and a dollop of yoghurt.
Cut wraps with a cookie cutter
Cut wraps with a cookie cutter - with shape of your choice.
Make different shapes for the kids if you like, they will love them.
Heat oil
Heat oil until 170 deg celcius.
Once oil is hot, drop shapes into the oil and cook continually turning and allow them to golden and crisp to a golden brown. Remove and place on a paper towel.
Dust in sweetened cinnamon
Once the crisps have mostly cooled, you can place them in the bag of sweetened cinnamon and shake until the crisps are covered with the mix.
Place on plate
Once you remove them from the bag, (if they happen to get to the plate without eating) place them on the plate, put sliced strawberries and a dollop of yoghurt and passionfruit.
( I use the Easiyo yoghurt system to make the yoghurt – there is no endorsement, it is just tastes really delicious)
Then you can devour them.
They are also nice to eat on their own.
